Early Morning Pit Stop

This guy got interrupted twice by the red car that drives by. After he finishes and drives away he left behind a wet spot on the curb where he was standing. There was a woman walking alone further up that street. I think there was a good chance he saw her walking, but I don't know where she was when he stopped. She came back down that street 8 minutes after he left. According to the license plate, he was driving a 2021 Honda Accord Sport.
