I have this cam:
I am using it to record the progress of a build in my garage.
I want a quick and easy way to walk into the garage and press "record" when I start working and "stop" when I'm done.
And I want the files saved as MP4/MPEG without any compression at all.
I don't need to do any other configuration with it. Just start/stop recordings.
I won't even be using the app for playback.
I do have BlueIris but it's too clunky. I use that for my security cam setup.
Looking for something MUCH simpler.
And if I can turn it on/off via a cellphone, that would be even better.
Then I could do an NFC sticker and just tap my cellphone on the NFC sticker in the garage to start/stop recording. That would be terrific.
Don't want to have to log into something or press a bunch of buttons just to start recording.
