Hello all,
I'm wounding if someone that might have had this issue can help resolve. The equipment I have:
NVR5216-16p-4ks2e
IPC-HFW1831E
HDBW4431f-AS
I'm using the Easy viewer app. The issue is randomly when I try to use my mobile to access the cameras it typically tries loading one of these cameras IPC-HFW1831E then the app stops and logs off and I have to start it up again. It wont load the second time, I usually have to wait a few hours. I have two HDBW4431f-AS of these cameras on the nvr and never have an issue with them loading. On the desktop at work(connected to the NVR via router) I never have an issue viewing any cameras) Is this an issue with the APP?
