Edit login page?

Is it possible to edit the login page on BI? Maybe add a logo, disclaimer, etc? Not a big deal - just curious

The initial logon page when I connect to the server from an external device, so yes UI3. In the instructions I found where to put logos etc on the cameras when viewing them and other areas after connected. I'm thinking editing the initial logon screen when I connect to the web url. Again - not a big deal and on an importance scale of 1 to 100 I'd put it at about a 2 LOL (just playing around and I like things looking a certain way if I can).
