Email notifications not working for 1/3 cams

So I have 3 Hikvision cams, 1x2532 and 2x2332, which are setup to send me emails when Intrusion Detection detects an intruder. The 2532 cam and one of the 2332 cams are working perfectly however the 2nd 2332 cam will not send emails. When I try to send a test email the browser just says testing indefinitely and nothing happens. The test email and the alert emails work fine for the other two cameras. They are all set-up the same. All the cameras have the chinese-english 5.2.0 F/W

Any ideas? Thanks!
 
I did not touch the preferred or alternate DNS but they also aren't set in my other cams which are working correctly.
Default preferred DNS says 8.8.8.8 on all 3 cameras.
 
IVMS can send test emails as well using the same server settings. It is just the one camera that isn't responding.... =(
 
Can you post screen shots of the settings for both the working cams and the non working cams?
 
Cool, but how was the camera connecting to the router if it was being filtered?
Side note, there is no security benefit of using mac filtering..it just causes problems...
 
I am not really sure how it was connecting to the network, that's the weird part. I could see it in the NVR and access its web browser. The only thing that wasn't working was the email. Strange.
