correct. You can buy as many as 4 tix based on you purchasing from him previously. Buy cameras during the sale, and you'll be eligible for additional tix.

I've never done the this lottery before. If I am looking to buy some cameras should I wait until the 20th so I get the free tickets. The maximum tickets I can have is 4 correct.

I just ordered a IPC-B54IR-Z4E-S3 8-32mm varifocal camera. I am going to upgrade my oldest 5442E-Z4E LPR camera and see if it makes any difference. For some reason this one works best with a 1/500 shutter speed.
