Enable motion sensor makes my camera goes nuts

Camera: DZCCTVIPC 4K-8MP 30X Optical-Zoom Ai-Smart Security-IP Camera-Outdoor . When I enable motion sensor and when recording is triggered for me, my camera goes nuts and starts rotating and reaches its gimbal limit. Then when I try to point it at a preset, it goes there but then keeps on moving. This only happens when motion sensor is enabled and when recording is triggered. It's unusable for me and I have no idea how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.
