Enabling ONVIF on Annke I61DR (Hikvision cube clone), for connection to Lorex DVR

I just finished installing my Costco 4k Lorex 6-camera setup. I thought it would be cool to add my two Annke I61DR 1080p cams since they support POE, though not sure if they're compatible.

I did some research and found that I need to enable ONVIF on the cameras. Downloaded the Hikvision Batch configuration tool, and tried to enable it, but it wouldn't work - configuration error - but i was able to see all the camera's settings.

I'm a bit lost on how I can enable ONVIF, or if I even need to in order to connect it to my Lorex, or even if it can work with my Lorex. Any help is appreciated.

Lorex saw my dahua cams but no video until I went in through Lorex nvr to set onvif for each camera.
