Enterprise SSD for Blue Iris

Yearly update on using NVMe drives with BI:

Corsair Force MP600 (2 TB): 27% health remaining at 735 TBW
Sabrent Rocket 4.0 (2 TB): 75% health remaining at 431 TBW

Looks like the 3600 TBW claim on the Corsair was 100% bunk.

PNY has their LX3030, which has an advertised endurance of 20,000 TBW, albeit slower read/write speeds. Should still be overkill for BI and timeline seeking. Might look into testing one of these out once the Corsair bites the dust.

I've been using a Corsair MX500 500gb as my 'new' storage for BI for 1.5 years with zero issues.
With SSD/NVME's being so cheap I don't understand why anyone wouldn't use an SSD/NVME for BI, it's free horsepower and if you lose the drive all you have lost is a couple of days recordings which are highly unlikely that you needed anyway.
