Post a screenshot of the popup window that appears when you hit find/inspect for that camera.
Usually this happens when there is an error with the ONVIF password that can be corrected by logging into the camera GUI and going to the account page and then the ONVIF Manager (or something like that depending on GUI) tab and changing the password, even if you change it to what it is now.

I swear the PW is correct. Using the same PW, I can log in directly to the camera using the IP address. I BI, I even blanked out the PW and retyped. Problem persists.
Are you suggesting changing the PW to the cam to something completely different? According the Dahua, I need to email them to do so. Reluctant to unless you folks think that is the only way to fix this. There must be a bug with the latest BI version causing this only on Dahua cams.
