Error 8000274C

Hi all,

I am wondering whether you can help me here with the above message which I am receiving. I've got 7 cameras all together; 3 foscam and 4 are Tenvis. The problem seems to be only with the Tenvis and the only way to get the camera going again is to manually turn off the power to the camera.

If I disable the camera within BI, then the camera works fine and does not shutdown.

Any ideas greatly appreciated as this is a real pain.

Welcome to the forum..it seems like the blue iris is opening too many connections to the camera..generally they can only maintain 3-4 connections..What model tenvis is this? what model do you have selected from the dropdown.

Thank you for the welcome.

The Tenvis model is JPT3815W however when I installed these cameras onto BI, I ran auto detect and this came up with Foscam compatable.

That model is on the dropdown list..try using that instead...

Thanks for this but now I get the following error message 80000194.
