Estimating hard drive size need

So I need some kind of estimate of what 1 camera like a Hikvision ds-2CD2232-I5 using full resolution 2048x1536 would take up during a 24 hr period, then I can extrapolate from there, thanks for any info you can provide.

For that camera it is largely going to depend on the bitrate of the video stream. This will vary based on how you configure your specific camera.

Hikvision cams normally will have a value between 32-16384 Kbps that can be user set (varies on current config). The higher value corresponds to a higher video quality, but a higher bandwidth, thus more storage, will be required.
