Eufy in TinyCam no Audio

Hi, I have no audio of the eufy cam in tinycam. Have image/livevideo but also cannot pan tilt the Eufy cam in this app. Any suggestions would be welcome!

these things come into mind..

Does the camera has mic built in?
Did you select mic and not line in?
Did you turn on the audio?
Did you turn on the noise filter?
Can you hear audio on the eufy app (not third party app like tiny cam)

Yes can hear audio in eufy app. Select mic?it says audio not avable for your cam!?

I use protocol Cloud. Protocol RTSP over TCP does not seem to work, did do portforwarding.
