Evaluation extension?

I work for a small school district, and am only here once a week. We started looking at BlueIris last year, then it was no longer a priority, and now we are past demo timeline. Screen states an extension is sometimes available, but I do not see where to request it. I have thye OK to purchase now, but want to confirm we can get it to do what management wants. Any direction will be gratefully appreciated.

If you have a second computer, you can install it there.
Price is cheap enough, it's usually not a problem.
