Evaluation Mode, PTZ not working

I have a PTZ enabled camera that I can view the video. I can control PTZ from the cameras web settings, however, I can't in demo mode of BI. Is that normal? I do have a license but this is my test machine.

Camera is connect via RTSP protocol and PTZ is enabled in BI.

Demo mode does not limit the PTZ function. Confirm you selected the right option from the drop-down as well as the correct port.

Enable PanTiltZoom, Require Admin, Enable PTZ UI, using correct RTSP Port.

This is a vaddio camera connected to a vaddio quick connect, that quick connect is the one streaming the camera, so maybe that is the issue? The QC system can control the camera though.

Again, you must select the proper PTZ protocol in the drop down menu on the cameras PTZ page for it to work.

I don't think that I have any other options. Camera is set to RTSP. I must be missing something.

Then try other makes/models of cameras.

No, I don't think so. This was a freebie at work that was being disposed of. Just playing around with it. It'll go up on ebay soon.
