export clip not exporting the entire clip?

I have a recording i want to save and every time i do the export i only get part of the clip, as you can see it says the clip is 4hr 59min. All i am doing is right clicking on it convert/export and i only get a few min of the video.

What am i doing wrong?

I installed the demo version of BI on a different pc and it converted fine....go figure.
