Export not complete view

Hey guys I have an incident with Fedex driving on my grass. Its in the VERY top right corner of my screen. When I watch the clip i can see it. When I export it about an inch on the top and maybe 1/2" is cut off the side. I tried main stream, substream export. Any ideas why this may be and how to rectify it?

Don't allow Blue Iris to re-encode the video during the export. That way you can be sure all the original video data is present.

Although I've never heard of Blue Iris accidentally cropping video during an export. I'm a bit suspicious that the player you're using to watch the export is buggy or something.

I am in Clips and then I right-click and export and download. The resulting mp4 isn't the same perspective?

Wow that was it! I opened it in VLC and it looks right! Why in the world?! Thanks for direction!
