Exported video aspect ratio 4:3 instead of 16:9

Hii, I have a hikvision DVR and hikvision cameras of three 1mp and one 2mp camera.
Everything is fine in live view but the problem is when I export the video in my usb and then play it then the aspect ratio comes out to be 4:3 instead of 16:9 and so the video seems compressed.
Pls help

I have the same problem buddy, the video exports as 4:3
