I have two EyeSpy 247 IP cameras and i’m looking for an iOS app that I can access them from.

The previous host from circa 2010 are no longer operating, any help greatly appreciated.

There's also the PAID version for more features if the free one works for you. ==>> IP Cam Viewer Pro
Both versions state that it supports your camera

You have more love for a 13 year old, 640 x 480 res. camera than I would!
