I have Ezviz h8c 1080 camera with latest firmware. It's performing well through the ezviz app and through hikvision. My question is more hardware related. This camera is suppose to track and when done tracking its suppose to return back to its original position. Mine seems to have some slop in the gears that drive this.. if it tracks right it stops short on the return. But if i hit a preset that past the original and then come back, it does goback. Same for the left tracking,
It just seems that this tracking should be tighter.
I also have an h8 pro, and it's tracking is much better. Is this a warranty type thing, where they should replace the camera ?
