Fail to connect OpenVPN on IOS 13.1

I am using an Asus RT-AC68U router and have followed Randyshomeprojects.blogspot.com instructions to set up the router for use with OpenVPN connect.
Blue Iris connects when on my home wifi, but when connected with OVPN profile exported from the Asus router, I get the error: (Unable to make connection: check server address.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is an error from what? VPN or the Bi app.
Put the IP address for your BI server in both local and wan spots in the BI app.

makes sense. did not have ip in both areas? how did you fix it

Right! I have cameras on separate network card. Changed both to that address.
