Failed to Modify Ip

I have 2, fresh from China, Dahua DH-IPC-HDW4421C cameras. I find them in the Dahua config tool w/o issue. But I can not modify their IP address. They show up in the tool as 192.168.1.108. I try to change them to my network (10.0.0.x) and all I get is "failed to modify ip". I ordered 2 of the same IP cams and set them up w/o an issue. I used the same tool. These just won't allow the change.

Any ideas? Short of setting up my own little 192.168.1.x network. Could it be a firmware issue? If so, how do I fix that if I can't communicate to the camera.

Resolved. Disabled the wifi on my laptop and patched into the switch. Then I rebooted my laptop. Then I used the config tool and the camera allowed the ip change. Don't ask me what the difference was between wired and wireless for my laptop. No difference in the address block or gateway. Just wired vs wireless.
