Hi, I'm pretty sure it's not recoverable but thought I would ask in case anyone had fixed a similar problem. It's been working fine for a couple year then suddenly stopped. When powering on the camera the IR leds turn on and permanently stay on (even in daylight) but nothing else, the network switch shows no activity. There are no signs of corrosion in the network connector. Because it's the Chinese WiFi version it has the extra bluge in the middle of the cable. Was hoping I could cut the WiFi part out and add a connector but not sure if that's possible now I have opened it up.

That bulge in the cable is actually the PoE convertor, nothing to do with WiFi.

Ahh that's interesting, so if that nothing to do with the WiFi then black and red seem to be 12v, then I assume the other 4 wires are the two pairs used for ethernet, blue, green, yellow and orange, will have a look see if if I can figure out the pins.
