Feed becomes severely delayed at seemingly random times?

I have one of these wgcc ip cameras looking towards my driveway. Once in awhile the feed from BI becomes very delayed (anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes) but when looking at the feed directly from the camera's web interface it's perfectly fine. The delay goes away when I hit restart camera in BI. This doesn't happen to any of my other cameras.

Edit: its happening with more cameras now. The picture seems fine when viewing with vlc
