More people urinating in the alley (public urination is illegal in my city) ... this one acted a bit bizarre. She specifically sought out a fully-lit alley and then she stopped at other houses nearby and was driving without headlights for a short time. Drunk maybe.

Set out a fake fire hydrant in the alley and see what happens. I'm curious if it will attract dogs.

Based on the few head bobs, while squatting, I'd say she's impaired. I'm surprised when she got back to the car, grabbed a tissue and ran her hand down her shorts wiping I'm assuming, that she didn't toss that tissue on the street. Respect.
