Final Layer of New Pavement

In the Street Repaving video I posted earlier, the end shows the first layer of pavement being applied. That was on a Thursday. They came back a few days later (Tuesday) and applied the final layer to complete our street.

They probably had to repave that street because of all the people stopping to take a leak at your corner.
