I am new at this forum, and would like to express my thank-to-you upfront for any support!
My problem:
I have been running for almost 1,5 year a Dahua VTO+Voice+2Button+Fingerprint setup outsige and 2 VTH inside - without any major issues.
Since few month I experience a problem with the Fingerprint module, which lose the stored fingerprints and what I noticed, it seem to be connected to every month recurring automated maintance procure run.
After below was executed on sunday, the fingerpint return "Unregistered Fingerprint".

Did any one of you experience the same in the past?
Can the "Auto Maintain" be deactivated?
My workaround that I found so far: Is to import the "User Configuration" back up file here.

Maybe some one has an idea, what happens during this "Auto Maintain" procedure, that lead the stored fingeprint to get lost.
