Finnish e-store selling ip cams

A popular Finnish e-store is selling ip cams under their own brand "Opticam", are they just some rebranded Chinese brand cams?

And POE Package with 4 cameras, for about 450$, that's pretty cheap?

The biggest drawback is probably that they record only @720p. anything other negative?

450 euros for 4x 720p cameras with PoE NVR? That's not cheap especially for a non-brand (maybe Finland is very expensive), you can get cheaper and better within the EU.

Yeah, they tend to charge quite much here and the VAT is 24%. Could you say where could I get a better deal? Thanks in advance =)
