Firmware upgrade..not working perfectly (NVR5216-4KS2)

Hi , finally upgrade the firmwarm from 3.210, to 3.216

However, parts of the setup menu and other menus has been lost.
(I have tried to reboot it )

Long shot suggestion - clear the browser cache.
Old history from earlier firmware can get in the way of changed page layouts.
