Firmware upgrade on DS-2CD2345-I from China

Hi,
I have a couple of DS-2CD2345-I cameras from China i got from Alibaba some years ago. Back then the seller told me i could update the firmware, but i suspect i can't as they have a CN in the serial. The menu on the delivered V5.3.3.150514 firmware is multilingual. I guess it's a G1 camera.
Can I upgrade to the latest EU version (G1 V5.6.5 build200316) because it has been "patched" before?
Can I upgrade to the latest Chinese firmware and if so is the a G1 ? I don't know where to locate it on the chinese hikvision homepage.

It's a G0 camera.

It won't accept the EN firmware.

You also won't be able to update to anything past 5.3.5 (via TFTP) due to the change they made between 5.3.3 and 5.3.5

Your version does have a password vulnerability, but as long as it's not accessible outside your LAN you should be ok.

Most sellers back then were clear you could not update firmware (all mine were) - if yours said different, they were a bad seller.
