Firmware v4.3 brick vth1550ch

Hi all,
I wanted to install a new firmware with sip ( General_VTH151X_Eng_SIP_V4.300.0000000.8.R.20190316 ) to my VTH1550CH. I installed it with VDPConfig.
My VTH1550CH booted and on the screen I see:

Device Init
Password
Confirm Password
Email
Ok

But if I put my finger on the screen, nothing happens.
Restartet sometimes, but always the same.
VdpConfig says Login failed, if I try to connect.

I still can ping the Ip.

So I tried TFTPServer.bat, but it says 192.168.254.254 Port 69 bind failed (For this I wrote to my Fritzbox 7590 in IP4-Routing)

Aktiv	Netzwerk	Subnetzmaske	Gateway
	192.168.254.254	255.255.0.0	192.168.1.21

So I don't know what to do now, has someone here an idea for me.

if you can't autorecover, so try open decive, find TTL pins (4), connect it to your PC & try manual update
