Hi! im new in this forum, need help with the next topic, i have a fisheye DS-2CD6332FWD-IVS and a nvr DS-7616NIE2/8P. From IExplorer can view all fisheye modes but from NVR can only view (360° panoramic mode + 3 ptz modes) but i want view panoramic 180° mode in the nvr. What i can do? thanks for the time to read this.

I don't know the answer to your question, sorry, but I have one in return.

On the NVR 3.4.91 firmware web GUI Live View there is an icon at the bottom left of the window that is greyed out and labelled 'EagleEye mode'.
I wondered if it was associated with viewing a panoramic camera model, and if it was not greyed out with your fisheye camera, and if so, what does it do?

hi! thanks all for the time, the firmware was upagraded for the 3.4.91 but i cant view, however its the NVR model that limited the viewing modes, the solution was change for one NVR serie: DS7616NII2/8p
its someone hardware feature in model DS-7616NIE2/8P that does not let see

My fisheye is a totally different brand but I had a similar issue.
I could see 360 and 3 ptz views but not the 180 view.
It turned out that I could only select certain combinations.....So to see the 180 view I had to turn off all three ptz views via the camera's web GUI interface first. Then I could select the 180 view.
So I could see the 360 (the camera's main stream) and 180 (which was a sub stream) OR 360 plus 3(sub streams) ptz views but not other combinations.

hi thakns for the answers, I could see the 180°panoramic mode in channel one + 3 ePTZ in channel 2,3,4 using the NVR DS-7616NI-I2/16P
