Fisheye IPC-EB5500

Hello ! I have a IPC-EB5500 and can't flip image ! Any suggest ? Also from webpage can't change setting((

Question for ya, ever get this fixed and what is your opinion on this camera, I'm looking at this instead of 2 5231's for my porch coverage, and like how this can do the whole porch in sections.

AFAIK you can't rotate / flip a Dahua fisheye's orientation electronically. The only way to do it is physically turn the camera.
