Flash International Dahua NVR5216-4KS2 with US firmware?

I have an international 5216 non-POE NVR and am running 3.215.0000000.3, Build Date: 2017-12-11
When I go to the US site I see a V3.215.0000000.4.R.180119 should and or can I flash my international with the US version? All my cameras are Dahua International, but curious as the US version seems newer.

My only input is to update only if something you need isn't working correctly, otherwise you run the risk of introducing new bugs you care about. I'm running an even older version, 3.210.0003.0, and it's doing everything I need right now just fine. That could change in the future if I start using features that I'm currently not using.
