Really need some help here. I got Lorex LNK7108A NVR with 4 4k cam from Costco some time ago. On my phone, Lorex Secure can work. But I never have FLIR Cloud and iDMSS Plus work. I am using iPhone 7.
I tried to add device using IP address when I am at home LAN. I always have "login timeout".
I think when I am using LAN, there's no need to do port forwarding, but anyway I still forwarded port 35000, but that doesn't help either.
