Flying object caught on a Digoo ipcam

This was caught on my digoo ipcam looking over to the carpark next to my back garden.
Watch the floating object above the car registration plate (looks like a 30cm ruler with led on) it was doing this for hours appearing not to be effected by the wind or restricted by battery/power consumption.
I've not yet worked out what it is, I didn't see the motion recording until the morning.
Any ideas welcome!

Just a string of a spiderweb from left to right, that's reflecting inside of the infrared focus point.

I agree with others. It's a strand of a spiderweb picked up by the night time IR lens. If you look closely you can see the strand on either side of the illuminated center.

Thanks for your replies.
I'll upload the clips I caught using alfred cam android app over a year ago.
There's always (well nearly always) a logical explanation for what appears to be unexplainable. But it doesn't make it any less cool!
Take a look at these clips, some may have been slowed down as the original is very quick, but no other editing has been added.
These are from the alfred cam....
