Stupid question... I'm using a 4k monitor and the fonts and icons in BI are soooo small i have a hard time seeing them. I changed the text size with in windows to 200%. It doesn't seem like it has any affect on BI. Is there another option i overlooked? Thanks in advance.

Try different high DPI modes.
1) Close BI.
2) Right click shortcut or exe, choose properties.
3) Compatibility tab.
Unfortunately I bet if you get the fonts large enough to be legible, you will be throwing away all the benefit of your 4K display. This type of thing is the reason I use a 40+ inch 4K monitor that doesn't need UI scaling to be legible.
