Forgot admin password updated firmware tftp

Hello,

I forgot the admin password, I did try to send the serial number to some Hikvision emails but I didn't receive any reply, so I've decided to put a new firmware with tftp.

DS-7608NI-E2/8P <- model name
08              <- input channels
20160211        <- production date YYYYMMDD
A               <- CPU freq (A, B, or C)
A               <- DSP freq (A, B, or C)
WR              <- Region code, see below
123456789       <- serial number
WCVU            <- features, see below


Region codes:

CH <- China
TW <- Taiwan
JP <- Japan
EU <- Europe
NA <- USA
WR <- World/multilanguage
RR <- Other/unspecified

My NVR is "RR <- Other/unspecified" as I can see from the serial number DS-7608NI-E20820161009AARR658612406WCVU

My questions is, can I use the firmware from Hikvision Europe portal?

Thanks. I thought so, just wanted smb to confirm.

But I I'm having issues updating the firmware with tftp. I did it some many times with cameras and some NVR's but this time the NVR won't conenct to tftp server, the tftp says initialized but there is no incoming connections from the NVR, why ? Both the NVR and the Notebook are connect to the same Swtich, the notebook has the right IP, listening to 192.0.0.128
Fro the image below we can see the NVR is working and receiving and IP from DHCP server, I can connect to it, but can login as I forgott the password, rebooting it won't connect the the notebook 192.0.0.128
