I saw two reports yesterday of folks that couldn't upload pics.
I've had a few slowness sessions in the past couple of days.
Very hit and miss.

Intermittent issues with uploading pictures, but not as persistent as it was before. Overall, significant improvement.

Getting really bad, it coincides with the EOL of the 5442 series camera Can't ramp up traffic anymore unless better cameras are announced from Dahua

It might be time to create a Reddit group or Discord server or IRC (Internet Relay Chat) to serve as backup whenever this forum goes down. However, my fear is that everybody is going to want to post on Reddit instead.
Another alternative is ProBoards or even Andy's forum - Homepage | Empiretech Community Forum or CCTVForum.com

But then you will have discussions like these where everybody defaults to Dahua as a camera preference-
