Be aware that Foscam's tech support absurdly will not provide any information about undocumented CGI commands unless you fill out a SDK application and a non-disclosure agreement. They flatly refused to answer even the most basic of questions regarding activating camera lights via HTTP command.
That command should be included in their CGI user guide but like a variety of other basic commands has been left out. If you're planning on integrating simple camera functions into software like Home Assistant, there are better (and better supported) brands out there.
