The Foscam Viewer only allows you to share a camera with 3 other people - so 4 people total. I can't understand why Foscam imposes this limit, but they do. I've always gotten around this limit by using the IP Cam Viewer app. However, now that I've purchased a SD4H outdoor camera, I've found that it isn't supported by IP Cam Viewer. Is there another free app that supports the SD4H camera?

What message or issue are you getting that tells you it's NOT supported by that app?
Unlike it's earlier cousin the SD4, it's touted as a "smart" camera and therein could be the problem. It's listed as supporting RTSP but if it's not the same URL ("/videoMain") as the SD4 then that's likely why you cannot get IP Cam Viewer (ICV) to work with it.
If it was ONVIF compliant then ODM could show you the URL which would only be of use if ICV has a method to use a custom URL for RTSP.
It sounds like you're still battling the same issues you faced back in June of 2023 where I recommended using Blue Iris. Blue Iris can likely work with the SD4H and solve your "ever-changing group of customers" problem.
