To enable FTP port 50021, do you have to do it exclusively from the application? Is there an RTSP command?

Does the camera have an embedded webGUI?
If so, generally one can enable and/or set/modify the FTP port via the webGUI; open a browser to the camera's IP address.

You can only change port 21 to write videos externally from the camera. On the SD card with 50021, not only is it not changeable, but to open the port or launch the daemon, you have to call it up each time from the app. I would like to know if it is possible to open FTP port 21 without always having to call the APP.
