I tried to start a slipping belt on a auger with a bump from my hand. The belt stopped slipping and took my glove and hand for a ride around the motor pully.

I’m one digit short now.

Getting it bit off by a lion would have been a cooler story.

Well, heck....we would never have known the difference if you had told us something like ".....lost that finger helping a beautiful, young girl that was stranded by the roadside one rainy night with car troubles."

Yeah, you're right...too many questions. When you start a lie it grows and never ends. I'd stick with the boring belt and auger scenario.

Watching it I can't help but think of my dog tugging on a bit of rope or a stick. I've never had to get my feet up on a fence to let the dog win lol.
