It's my understanding that shortly after "discovering" the balloon over Alaska, a great debate took place
at the Pentagon. For over a week the U.S. Space force and the U.S. Air force debated heatedly, not over the balloon
but the altitude of where "space" begins and who's responsibility it would be to watch the balloon as it flew over the
continental US.

Unfortunately, some Clyde with a camera in Billings Montana interrupted General Milly's version of "evening the score".
All the while they told us how impossible it was to shoot down a stupid balloon.

At least we all now know where space begins, between their ears!
 
Ha! That is me at work. The Millennials and Zoomers at work have acronyms for absolutely everything and they inject them into presentations all of the time. I have started to nod off in several presentations as I have no idea what their acronyms represent, nor do I really care anymore! I am almost at retirements doorstep......
