Gain can not be changed

Hi guys,

The gain setting on my 2cd3135f-iws can not be changed. The bar is standaard on 100% wich is to much because I have to turn up the DNR to reduce the noice but when I change the DNR to a acceptelble level the blur effect appears when someone walks by.

Do I have to turn a setting off to change the gain level like with WDR and BCL?

The image is to bright. Thats why I want the gain down. This is ajustable on all my hikvision camera only not on this one.
