Gdmms plus motion detector issue

I have a cctv system installed on my house and it has been working fine for the past 4yrs. Last week it stopped sending me notification when the motion detector was activated. I am using gdmms plus and tried everything from re- installing the app removing the app from my phone's and more but the motion detector side still doesn't work. I can still see the pictures and watch a recorded timeframe but need this function working. Any suggestions appreciated
