I'm already clueless.
I'm using Dahua AI NVR with x8 5442 cams.
My phone would get most of the push alerts (but not always). Therefore, I'm using DMSS in addition to the gDMSS in order to not miss notifications.
That's one problem...
The other problem is that my phone, when getting push alerts (usually I get them), would not show the preview pictures (the snapshots) of the alerts.
I point it to the app since the other family phones would get to see the snapshots (normally).
I made sure that I give every possible permissions to the app for the sake of the testing with no luck.
I also compared every possible setting I could think of between the phones, I deleted the app after removing all data then reinstalled it - no luck.
Time to ask you guys.
