Hi there,

I have received an upgrade for the gDMSS Plus app on Android (towards Version 4.30) but since then I do not receive any notification when someone rings at the VTO.
I know in the previous version there was something to activate on the app under alarm or something ... but all menus changed.

Do you mind telling me where to activate the notification back ?

Hello, click at "message center" than the little flag with + symbol in the upper right corner.

pfff I found it, set it and it was working ... but I see I have no notification anymore since a few days ...
Is this still working for you ?

in the P2P section of the VTO it says "On line", though ...

but NO NOTIFICATIONS received when someone rings ...
 
Hello, Ia recent updateof gDMSS app seems to solve the problem with call. There are some menu options to activate for Android 6 or above.

no ... the recent update of gDMSS is indeed showing guidelines on how to get notifications, but this is precisely in this version that the notification issue appeared !
 
I don't know because I received notifications as before.

Indeed, I do not have any issues on gDMSS nor iDMSS, latest version. If you do have issues: unsubscribe from the alarm manager and subscribe again to the VTO.
