Generate QR Code with DS7204?

Hi All,

I had my DS7204 security system set up just fine - and I could view the streams remotely via my Android phone. Until I got a new phone.

I've re-downloaded iVMS-4500 and I need to add the DS7204 device to find its cameras.

I did this already, first time around, using the QR code method - the DS7204 shows a QR code on the screen, you scan it... and hey presto!

But this time I'm darned if I can see how to get my DS7204 to show the QR code!

The manual seems to suggest that the DS7204 will show a QR code from its "Maintenance > System Info" screen. BUT IT DOESN'T!

Please, what am I missing?

If I were you I'd move away from HIK's own cloud connection and go with a VPN solution. It'll be a little more effort to setup, but much more secure.
