Hello to you all.

First of all, I want to apologies if I post this in a wrong thread. And secondly, English is not my native language. (I'm from Sweden)

The IP camera, is from what I think, was sold to me as a "Techage 1080P WiFi PTZ IP Camera Outdoor Wireless 2MP Surveillance Camera Smart AI Humanoid Detection Two Way Audio Recording". But I can't see any branding on it. (Please see attached image).

The problem is that it reboots randomly. Sometimes after a day or two, and some other days it even reboots several times a day.
Every time after this random reboot, I have to go into the iCSee software and call a preset, so the camera is recording the correct way again.

It is connected to a DC 12V 2A outdoor power plug (see attached image)

What is the cause for all the reboots? Just bad chinese PTZ camera or what could be the cause?

Thanks in advance.

Buy cheap stuff, experience stuff like this.

You could look into it being a power issue as that can be the cause, or it could be hacked and reboots when it gets overloaded.

I have tried both with the DC12V 2A adapter shown in the post, and also with the original power adaptor that came with the camera. Same results.
I think the PTZ function resets after every reboot, that is why I have to call out the correct preset after every reboot.
